Ryan Hufnagel
Ryan Hufnagel is a seasoned commercial and residential real estate executive, broker, and investor with more than 20 years of experience in acquisitions, development, and portfolio management. As Managing Director of New Market Real Estate Group, Ryan leads the firm’s investment strategy, brokerage operations, and overall business growth.
Throughout his career, Ryan has led numerous real estate initiatives across both commercial and residential sectors — including acquisitions, developments/redevelopments, strategic repositioning, and asset management. He brings a multifaceted perspective to every project, drawing from his experience as a broker, operator, and active investor.
Ryan earned his Bachelors in Economics from Michigan State University and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Based in the Detroit Metro area, he enjoys golfing, being on a boat, and spending time with his wife and children.
