Ryan Hufnagel
Ryan Hufnagel is a seasoned commercial and residential real estate executive, broker, and investor with more than 20 years of experience in acquisitions, development, and portfolio management. As Managing Director of New Market Real Estate Group, Ryan leads the firm’s investment strategy, brokerage operations, and overall business growth.
Throughout his career, Ryan has led numerous real estate initiatives across both commercial and residential sectors — including acquisitions, developments/redevelopments, strategic repositioning, and asset management. He brings a dual lens to every project, drawing from his experience as a licensed broker, active investor, and operator.
Based in the Detroit metro area, Ryan enjoys golfing, being on the lake, and spending time with his wife and children.
